Dayton Peace Prize Dinner with Ambassador Tony Hall

On Saturday, May 7, 2022, the Dayton Council on World Affairs and the Dayton Peace Prize Committee host a gala dinner and silent auction in honor of Ambassador Tony P. Hall, recipient of the 2020 Dayton Peace Prize.

Ambassador Hall served in the Ohio legislature and as Dayton's congressmen before being appointed as US ambassador to the UN Agencies for Food and Agriculture. He is now executive director emeritus of The Alliance to End Hunger, has received many awards for his work on world hunger, and has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. We're fortunate to have him here for this gala event as our keynote speaker.

VIP attendees can arrive at 5:30; the main event with dinner and presentations starts at 6pm. A cash bar will be available. Proceeds will go to benefit the Hall Hunger Initiative.
